A variation of of the "Cleveland Steamer" where a rather large bottomed woman takes a hot dump on the chest of a hairy Greek man. Originated in a small mom and pop restaurant in Idaho called Butterburns. Their signature dish is "The Grether" which is a hot, 7 hour rump roast.
