Rudolph Giuliani, born May 28, 1944, is most widely known for being the mayor of New York City during the terrorist attacks of Sept 11, 2001. During his mayoralty, Giuliani also succeeded in drastically reducing violent crime in the city. Rudy is officially running for the presidency of US, but it seems that the office he really wants is that of dictator. As reported in the New York Times, he said that people should give up their liberty and yield to government authority: "Freedom is about authority. Freedom is about the willingness of every single human being to cede to lawful authority a great deal of discretion about what you do."
