The beginning of this phrase started around the mid 90s, when some became more so aware of “Greasers” and “Rockabilly cats”, confused the two, and/or hated the two. (1) A derogatory term or insult used for patriots of the rockabilly lifestyle. (2) An insult expressing how one believes that Rockabilly is silly, for the style (referring to the Cats and Kittens whom are also 50s clothing enthusiasts), music, and attitude. (3) One whom confuses a person involved in the rockabilly scene with one whom is a greaser that listens to Rockabilly music.
