A golfing term that denotes a wildly extreme hook shot (right to left ball flight for a right handed player and the opposite of a slice or banana ball) Usually caused by an inside to outside swing path with a closed club face imparting severe counter clockwise spin on the ball at impact. It is the very ugly big brother of the Draw shot. See also, Power Draw. It can be even more severe if the player also pulls the ball across his body in addition to the afore mentioned swing flaws, resulting in a "Pull Hook"..
