A primal mating call. The "Kakaaw" is a clear, bird like sound, one makes as a signal to those of the opposite sex, within hearing range, that s/he is looking and available for a hookup that night. Also used in a non-sexual manner by drunken male friends as a locational seeking system, when searching for the missing partner in a large/crowded room or venue.
