A condition in which the sufferer is utterly fashion-backward. In fact, they aren't just missing the fashions. They just aren't down with the whole 'clothing' thing whatsoever. They struggle to find clothing that fits properly, they cannot sress themselves - they simply have no idea. It's also incredibly amusing for onlookers. And great to bitch about.
