Adjective - to have slept with the same person as another person; as in, to be 'knoblinked' to someone else. Noun form: 'knoblink' - the relationship between two people who have slept with a common third party. Colloquially the term refers to two men who have slept with the same woman, but it is also applicable in the general sense.
