A person, typically from the opposite sex, who has taken a keen attraction and obsession with you or another person based on subsequently little or hight amounts of social contact. Often in most cases it is a female who has taken a serious obsession with a male and has reached the pinnical of the annoyance levels and usually wants to spend all her time with the male.
