A word used to close a meeting. Fin. The declaration of Spatula is usually followed by a round of nonsense words as members are getting up to leave. Once Spatula has been declared and answered the meeting has ended and no further business is permitted to proceed. Spatula must always be presented in the form of a question, and must be answered with an affirmation by "Spatula", or silence. See also Pancake.
