Incompetent people in the manufacturing industry. They make things (like a Yamato toy) that look deceptively good in quality, but breaks after gentle transformation. Manutards know everything there is to know in manufacturing like their normal colleagues, but they choose to be special instead. Manutards can be found everywhere.
