Fuffin (n) A contraction of "foot" and "muffin." The bulbous flesh overflow created when a morbidly obese person shoves his/her foot into a shoe that he/she has no business wearing. Occurs most frequently when a 200+ lb. woman collides with pumps, mary janes, slides or strappy sandals. The fuffin almost always appears in conjunction with, or as an extension of, the cankle.
