This is a flatus stage that bridges the gap between a plain fart and a full-on shart. Whereas a fart leaves no solid evidence and a shart is a shorts-changing, date-ending, messy experience... farts with benefits contain fart particles (a.k.a. fecal mist). Farts with benefits may be somewhat harmless in small quantities, but continuation may amount to the messiness of a mild shart.
