Noun An oral or nasally snorted dose of the stimulant MDMA and the anaesthetic ketamine. Effects are described as the combined empathic buzz and memory-scrambling effects of the MDMA and the muscular relaxation and concurrent psychedelic trip brought on by the ketamine.
