Blue coated ski area safety patrol. They typically stand around on the hill and yell at skiers and snow boarders as they go past. Their skiing or riding skills suck but that doesn’t preclude them from telling others to slow down. They can be found standing in the middle of runs or in the landing areas in terrain parks. They are best to be avoided as they wish they where cops but didn’t have high enough I.Q. They are always on the look out for “preps’.” Not to be confused with ski area Pro Patrol as they have an actual job function.
