The state one enters when doing a small to moderate amount of the dissociative anaesthetic drug Ketamine (Special K). In contrast to entering the K Hole, K Land is considered a desirable effect of the drug and the user feels an element of detachment from the physical world. In particular one may get 'vibes' that switch quickly, for example everything may seem old, then suddenly new, then switch back again. Note: K Land is not K Town. K Town doesn't exist.
