Peter Tosh, of Bob Marley & the Wailers, wrote a song called Downpressor Man. It's about the fact that the elites who have oppressed and exploited people and nature throughout history will have to suffer the consequences of their actions. In the end we reap what we sow and there is no where to run to... To call someone a downpressor man is to remind them that they are connected to the rest of the world and will suffer with it.
