When Howard Dean was campaigning for the 2004 Presidential election he blew it during a speech. He got all excited and started naming off states he was going to win, then at a key moment he yelled PIYAAAAAAAAAAAAAW! He blew it. This incident was parodied on Chappelle's show. It was quite hilarious.
