Hookers and/or Ho's on parade Used to describe a group of slutty girls trying to get attention from the opposite sex using scandalous and obviously whoreish antics. These HOPS can be eaisly picked out of a crowd for having the following traits: - exposing wardrobe - Noses up in the air - dancing like they are having sex with nothing - clinging onto people of importance.
