Lads or Adlays are generally seen wearing a white polo hat, a striped polo shirt and most definately red or yellow nautica shorts. In winter however, the shorts are traded for a pair of canterbury trackies. Identifiable by their Nike TNs and white polo hats, lads genarally pop pills and tag. Known by other lads by their tag, they usually belong to a 'crew' and hang in groups. Lads spend their time bombing, drinking, popping pills, tagging and going to raves. At raves they will roll people for their valuables, almost always done in groups. Lads sit in public places late at night drinking and looking for a fight. At parties there is always at least one lad trying to start a fight, making comments such as: "you wanna go eshay!?" "what the f*ck! you lookin' at me!?" Try to avoid if possible, they occasionally wander with a trolley poll as a weapon, surprisingly quite effective since it is made from steel and very strong. They will attempt to crack a victim on the knee cap, shattering it.
