That feeling that ur ass-sphincter gets when it needs to release the shyte, RIGHT NOW. Often coupled with hot-flushes and sweaty palms if u hold it. In the worst cases of spiced ring, the slightest unexpected or jerky movement (eg: accelerating hard in a car, being suprised etc), can cause the ass-sphincter to involuntarily relax, resulting in the purging of the smelly, eggy, poo that was festering in the bowel into the undies of the victim.
