Technotard is a derogatory term used by technology experts to describe people with little or no technical ability. Additionally, technotards do not generally have the desire or willingness to learn about technology. Instead, they rely upon technology experts or geeks to do everything for them. Technotards often have the mistaken belief that technical problems can be solved with little or no effort, and be fixed in less than five minutes. One that has no ability to do more than check e-mail.
