Double Token is when an individual meets two criteria for a protected group. Protected groups are groups of people who usually cannot be fired easily because they are of a non-Caucasian ethnicity, female, gay, old, etc. Double Tokens are good for organizations and should be coveted because they fulfill multiple quotas. Even better would be triple tokens - although they are hard to find.
