New Rochelle, a large town near the Bronx, which is considered upstate to some??? The large population of Jewish residents in the North End make up the wealthy part of town, going south behind Iona college becomes the middle class, the italian/irish population grows and further south down by Glen Island and behind Main Street, the population has a lot of immigrants, it becoames very commercial. Basically the city is horrible, the city itself is very poor and has a high crime rate in certain areas. add anything you wish or change anything you might think is wrong
