1) The person on the recieving end of a Tea Bagging. 2) Opposite of a tea bagger When someone is being tea bagged it means that another person is putting their balls in that persons mouth. The person committing the bagging is then known as the Tea bagger and the person recieving the bagging is known as the tea baggie.
