Pasty Faced People (Person) In Black Disaffected youth from high enough in the Maslow's heirarchy to be able to consider "themselves" disaffected. Typically Pasty-white, not due to melanoma risk-avoidance, but rather a love for vampire/Bauhaus culture. They dress mostly in black uniforms as Emo- and Goth-like to identify themselves as a sub-culture. Amazingly, the group will wear their eye-catching uniforms of black, including Dr. Martin knock-offs, even in the most oppressively humid and hot weather. Together, this combination of skin tone and clothing adherence to blend in to a group of "suffering individuals" makes them the PFPIBs.
