(From “motorboating” and “soaking”) The act of performing “motorboating” (the act of burying one’s face between a woman’s breasts and rapidly shaking one’s head from side to side), except one is not permitted to move one’s own head, commonly due to restrictions imposed by Mormonism. Instead, one buries one’s face between the woman’s breasts and stays stationary, often having a third party shake the breasts in order to produce the “motorboating” effect.
