A chaotic variation of the famous gin tonic. It is an improvised cocktail consisting of gin and as many other ingredients one can find and fit into the glass, like: soft drinks (lemon soda, CocaCola, Fanta), other liquors (vodka, rum, whiskey), and anything else that's edible and available (salt, sugar, black pepper, anything basically). No God-fearing barman would make you such a drink, that's why usually the drinker is the same person who made the drink.
