Part of Speech: Verb, Adjective Top Definition: To completely f*** up a situation, object, or plan beyond all conceivable repair. The act of blairing something can happen in two distinct ways: Unintentionally: Through catastrophic incompetence or incredibly bad luck, resulting in an apocalyptic mess. Intentionally: Calculated, scorched-earth sabotage specifically designed to cause maximum misery and strife, ruin plans among friends, and completely eradicate anything good. If a situation has been blaired, it has gone from bad, to worse, to utterly unsalvageable.
