(n.) Former guitarist/vocalist for Blink-182, Box Car Racer, and current for Angels and Airwaves. Known to many as having the worst voice in current popular music. Often makes 'funny' faces but almost always comes off as a dumb jackass. It can be said that his music in his various projects has been a sort of regression. For example: Blink-182: Childish music.
