1. n. a joking, irreverent way of talking about a trans woman’s genitals; meant to be funny (to some audiences), not medically accurate; potentially offensive to some. 2. n. a term to describe pre-op transfem’ genitals that have been feminized to the point that they have some, all, or potentially other typical feminine secondary sexual development characteristics framed in a traditional feminine shape from female pattern fat distribution around the waist, hips and groin, scent, while the anus appears as the main intercourse orifice, a combination of treatments including hrt usually involving estrogen, penis and/or testical and / or scrotum shrinkage, hair removal, lightening, bleaching, smoothing, fat transfer, injectables…; it’s “long” potentially do to the extra length from the remaining external genital tissue, often referred to as a “clit” of a “long pussy”; the extra length can vary from less than 1cm to whatever length feminized genitals may be.
