AKA Simon Templar. From a book series written in the 20s and 30s, most famously played by Roger Moore. A thief/spy/vigilante/outlaw of the swinging 60s mod era. Handsome, charming, seductive, well dressed. Gets a lot of pussy (seriously, the ladies are crazy about him). Typically the episodes open with someone talking about him (while he is present), and a cartoon halo pops up and leads to the title card. His calling card or sign is a stickman who is pointing, with a halo over his head. If he and Bond met, they'd probably have a charm-off to see who was better. Basically James Bond if he was a thief and didn't have a specific job.
