*Toxic Whispers* _noun_ When a "friend" subtly manipulates someone's thoughts, usually a female confiding in another female, by planting seeds of negativity and doubt about their partner or relationship. Instead of offering constructive advice, the "friend" whispers poisonous suggestions, often fueled by jealousy or a personal agenda, slowly eroding the person's trust and confidence in their relationship. Example: "I've been having problems with my wife lately; it seems she has been talking to that friend again. That female is no good; she just poisons our relationship with those toxic whispers."
