noun - The prescription pain killer combination of Vicodin (hydrocodone/acetaminophen) a narcotic, and Diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID). Also spelled “Vic and Dic,” but always pronounced with long I’s, rhyming with “bike” Be careful saying this around those in the LGBTQ community, because Dike or Dic sounds like “Dyke,” which some consider a slur for lesbians. When used in the context of the drug combination, it is not intended to have a slur connotation.
