Chumpee The ultimate Pottstown Power-Noun. It’s basically a Jawn that’s been through some stuff, has a sense of humor, and probably owes you five dollars. While a "jawn" is a cold, inanimate object, a Chumpee has a soul. It is the "universal adapter" of slang—if you can't remember the name of a person, a pet, a car part, or a specific line of code in your custom OS, you just slap "Chumpee" on it and everyone knows exactly what you mean. 1.
