snarty (noun) Snow day party. Basically a darty, but colder, where people drink less for blackout to forget sleeping with a mid sorority girl and more for warmth. Usually thrown by a frat where everyone pretends they aren’t freezing their tits off while playing beer die in the snow and chain-smoking cigarettes as the mountain of Coors Light in your hand slowly turns icy blue.
