CSINT acronym • noun / verb When someone does an over-the-top digital investigation on a person using semi-technical, hacker-ish methods and then pretends it’s normal. Way past “checking their profile.” Involves cross-platform username hunting, old accounts, leaked info, cached pages, reverse image searches, and exploiting terrible online security — all while calling it “research.” You can give them a nickname of chronicly online stalkers who act like they could hack the NSA.
