A defiant, ironic retort to overtly degrading remarks that exposes unconscious social dominance, especially when disguised as friendliness, advice, or validation. It calls out the constant performance of worth through metrics, scores, or emotional leverage used to claim authority or control. Rejects the idea that status must be “earned” through approval, achievements, or moral superiority. Instead, it challenges the entire game: “You don’t get to set the terms. Stop using validation as currency. Influence isn’t claimed, it’s given freely, not taken through manipulation.” Reject both status games and gendered put-downs. Demand autonomy and mutual respect, not hierarchy.
