A dual-field concept in Artificial Intelligence and Psychology coined by R. Priyadarshi. In AI (Computer Science): An architecture where a model processes information recursively in its latent hidden states (vector space) without generating output tokens. It allows AI to "think silently" before speaking, saving compute on token generation and protecting internal logic. In Psychology: The state of "Incubation," where the subconscious mind solves complex problems while the conscious mind is disengaged.
