A person with the attributes of having a foul stench, having no intellect and insufficient hygeine. Can be used as an insult against someone who has a peculiar aroma or appearance. By muttering the words 'smegma smegma on the wall whos the smeggiest of them all' it is possible to summon the spirit of The Dawg.
