The chronic fatigue that comes from having to interact with the dangerous, inconsiderate, entitled, and completely self oblivious behavior of many African Americans. Realistically it should be called “ghetto fatigue” as first generation Africans very rarely exhibit the same levels of ignorance or violence, but it’s a colloquial term.
