A 1960s workers' cottage in Australia that hasn't been renovated in over 50 years. They are often built on a sinking foundation, riddled with asbestos and clad in cheap fibrous cement sheeting, giving them the colloquial name "fibro shitbox". These negative-yielding liabilities are sought by property investors who feverishly believe property prices can never go down, resulting in sellers asking for prices similar to a French Château on acres of land listed for sale.
