WSDMGC73 is a rap collective formed by individuals representing/affiliated with the West Side 73 Gangster Crips (73GC) — not a new gang, & definitely not located in Detroit. They is base in southern Los Angeles. WSDMGC73 is a music group using their street ties as part of their identity and narrative. That’s more in line with how artists like YG, Nipsey Hussle, or others have publicly claimed gang affiliation while pursuing music careers — it’s part of who they are, but doesn’t make their label a full fledged gang.
