A canoer is a ‘do-er’, derived from the play on words of “what’s doing” to “what’s canoeing”. It is used to describe an individual who repeatedly displays excellence, action & discipline in a variety of realms of endeavour, enjoying success from their ‘doings’. Not to be confused with a kayaker or rafter, both of which, respectively, are beneath the title of canoer.
