Being under the influence of a hallucinogen, namely LSD, in public, or even formal settings. The term was coined by South Park writer Trey Parker on 'The Tonight Show' describing his and co-writer Matt Stone's attendance at the oscars, where they had donned dresses and taken acid before walking the red carpet. The two have discussed the night in other interviews but chose to be more discreet on the network appearance, naming their actions after the actor Charlie Sheen's bizarre behavior during his infamous TV interview.
