if someone is always wrong, then they will always be wrong. if one were to say a statement, then that would be wrong. but if they were to later retract that same statement, then they would still be wrong. they are in a constant state of wrong. ex: if ethan were to say “i like you”, then that would be wrong. later, if he were to say “i don't like you”, then that would also be wrong.
