Inanic (adj.) /ˈɪnə.nɪk A word that has no meaning, yet feels like it should. People often Google it in hopes of finding a definition. This is that definition. And now that you’ve found it, the word is no longer meaningless. Which, of course, ruins the joke. But that act of giving it meaning — merely by defining it — becomes its new meaning. And so the cycle continues: “Inanic” means nothing. Unless you try to define it. Then it means the act of defining the meaningless. Which is meaningless.
