Malenism is a word coined by Irfan Kaushar in 2025. It represents the struggles, emotions, and silence of men in a society where their pain is often ignored. Just like feminism gave a voice to women, Malenism gives space to the unheard voices of men — not as a rivalry, but as a balancing force. Malenism is not anti-women. It is pro-emotion. Pro-equality. Pro-truth. This word stands for: • Men who cry but are told “mard ko dard nahi hota” • Men who suffer in silence in toxic relationships • Fathers, brothers, sons who sacrifice but are never appreciated • Boys who are victims of false cases or bias • Those who carry pain quietly while being told to “man up” Malenism = Let men speak too. ✍️ Word Creator: Irfan Kaushar
