Extreme Abstinence (in relation to sexual activity): The deliberate and total refraining from any form of sexual activity—whether physical, emotional, or mental—in an intense or rigorous manner, often for a prolonged period. This practice may be motivated by personal, religious, or philosophical beliefs and can be seen as a form of asceticism or self-discipline, where the individual intentionally rejects sexual expression or desire to an extraordinary degree.
