A pharmaciser, also known as a pharmacist is knowledgeable about preparation, mechanism of action, clinical usage and legislation of medications without the plan to distribute these prescriptions safely to the public. Pharmacisers dispense prescription medications for the wrong reasons. (Ex: Someone addicted to marihuana asks a pharmaciser for medical marihuana and the pharmaciser provides such marihuana with no prescription).
