When a person with a penis positions themselves on the roof of a car, exposed from the waist down through the open sunroof so that the penis is hanging down through the sunroof and inside the car, and their partner inside the vehicle performs oral on the penis, all the while rubbing their hands together like a hamster would. The name ‘hamstering’ comes from the resemblance to how a hamster drinks water through the metal spout of a bottle in its cage.
